By submitting anything to Pleasant Land, via the questionnaire, email or post, you consent to Third Angel using any information you have supplied in any presentations about or related to Pleasant Land, in any media. Third Angel undertakes not to misrepresent your views or submissions and not to publish your email address in any format. You also understand that Third Angel is under no obligation to use or reproduce any submission you make.

General conditions:

• The Artist retains the right to choose and arrange work submitted, and the BBC to remove work from the website at its sole discretion.
• You agree to only submit materials to which you have the copyright. You may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, personal privacy, publicity or proprietary rights.
• You may not submit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, racially offensive, or otherwise objectionable material.
• The Artist and the BBC retains the right to reject work on the grounds of illegality, copyright infringement and violating public taste and decency.
• The Artist and the BBC is under no obligation to publish the work submitted.
• The material you submit will be stored in the archives of the Artist/BBC.
• The Artist/BBC accepts no responsibility in connection with any work you submit to a third party.
• We regret that we are unable to link from your work to any external sites.

Rights:
By submitting your work to the Artist/BBC website you -

• Warrant that it is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to the Artist/BBC for use in all media world-wide in perpetuity and to make it available to the organisations assisting with the Where it's Art project for display, interactive access publicity purposes and archive retention.
• Indemnify the Artist/BBC against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by them as a result of your breach of the above warranty.
• Grant the Artist/BBC the right in perpetuity to display the work on its website located at, which can be viewed internationally, and to store it on its servers and in its archive and to use in all media world-wide.
• Agree to waive your moral rights in the work for the purposes of its submission to and use by the Artist/BBC and also for use by the organisations assisting with the SLA project.
• Agree that the Artist/BBC shall not be responsible for any third party infringement of your rights in the work, moral or otherwise, which may result from its submission to the BBC website. (What this means is that you give the BBC the rights to use and display this work world-wide, and where you have copied images or sounds off the net or elsewhere, you have permission to use this material. If these rights have not been obtained and the owners attempt to sue the BBC for breach of copyright, you are responsible for all costs).
